Slag vertical mill is a kind of equipment that uses high-speed rotating grinding disc to crush raw materials. The equipment is mainly composed of host, reducer, grinding disc, grinding roller and feeding and discharging device. In the working process, the raw materials enter the space between the grinding discs through the feed port. Under the action of the high-speed rotating grinding disc and grinding roller, the raw materials are continuously squeezed, ground and sheared, and finally become fine powder.
The working principle of the slag vertical mill mainly includes the following steps: first, the motor drives the reducer to drive the grinding roller and the grinding disc to rotate at high speed; secondly, the raw materials are fed into the center of the grinding disc through the feeding device, and the raw materials are gradually ground into fine powder after being squeezed by the grinding roller and the grinding disc; finally, the fine powder is discharged through the discharge port to achieve the purpose of crushing.
