The working principle of the chain bucket elevator is relatively simple but efficient and reliable. When the motor is started, the main shaft is driven to rotate by the transmission device, so that the chain follows the rotation. The chain is equipped with a lifting bucket. When the chain runs to the lower hopper, the hopper is filled with granular materials under the action of the hopper guide device. Then, as the chain runs, the hopper is lifted to the upper part, and at the same time, under the action of a certain angle, the material is dumped to the discharge port. After the material contacts the discharge port, it falls to the lower conveying device under the influence of its own gravity to realize horizontal conveying.
The ring chain bucket elevator adopts continuous cycle operation and multi-stage lifting to vertically lift the materials and transport them to the process position of the set height. It has the characteristics of simple structure, stable operation, large conveying capacity and energy saving, and is suitable for conveying granular materials such as cement, ore and chemical fertilizer. During operation, the tension of the chain should be checked regularly, the material residue in the hopper should be cleaned, and the transmission device should be lubricated to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and extend the service life.
