Working principle of natural gas wall hanging boiler

Author:

Natural gas wall-mounted boiler is a kind of heating equipment that uses natural gas as fuel. It is usually installed on the walls of residents' homes to save space and provide comfortable indoor heating. Its working principle can be simply summarized as three steps of combustion, heat transfer and heat dissipation.
First of all, when the user needs heating, the valve in the natural gas wall-mounted boiler will open to allow natural gas to enter the combustion chamber. The ignition system then ignites the natural gas, creating a flame. The thermal energy of the combustion is then transferred to the heat exchanger, causing it to warm up.
The circulating water flows in the pipe where the heat exchanger is located, and the water will be heated by the heat of the heat exchanger. The heated water flows to the radiator or floor heating system through the pipe, releasing heat and increasing the indoor air temperature.
Finally, the exhaust gas after the complete combustion will be discharged outdoors through the exhaust pipe to ensure clean indoor air. At the same time, the cooled water is circulated back to the heat exchanger to be heated again, and the heating is continuously circulated.
In general, natural gas wall-mounted boilers generate heat by burning natural gas, and use heat exchangers to transfer heat energy to circulating water, and finally achieve the purpose of indoor heating. This kind of efficient heating equipment brings warm and comfortable life for residents, and it is also one of the choices of environmental protection and energy saving.
