Working principle of cement mechanical shaft kiln

Cement machinery shaft kiln is one of the important equipment in cement production line, and its working principle is more complicated. First, at the feed inlet, the raw material enters the shaft kiln after pretreatment, and then gradually heats up during the entire shaft kiln process. The interior of the shaft kiln is usually divided into pre-calcination zone, calcination zone, cooling zone and drying zone. The temperature and chemical reaction conditions of different zones are different, which is conducive to different reactions in cement production. In the calcination zone, the raw materials are treated at high temperature to make them melt, sinter and other processes to form cement clinker.
The working temperature of cement mechanical shaft kiln is usually above 1200 ℃, which requires a large amount of energy. Therefore, the raw material feed, combustion state, hot air circulation, etc. need to be strictly controlled to improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
After calcination, the clinker will be taken to the discharge port of the shaft kiln, and then after cooling, grinding and other steps to obtain the finished cement. The working principle of the whole cement machinery shaft kiln involves the knowledge of thermal engineering, chemistry and other aspects, which requires the operation and maintenance personnel to have professional knowledge and rich experience to ensure the stability of production and cement quality.
