Product introduction:
After the sinter is fired on the sintering machine, the temperature is about 750 degrees -800 degrees when it is unloaded from the tail. In modern sintering plants, it is generally cooled to below 150 degrees for the following reasons:
(1) to protect the transportation equipment, the factory area is compact.
(2) Protection of blast furnace top equipment and blast furnace ore tank.
(3) It can improve the working conditions of blast furnaces and sintering plants.
(4) It is conducive to the whole grain of sinter and screening out the bottom material required by the sintering plant.
(5) It creates conditions for the modernization of blast furnace production technology.
In order to achieve the above purpose, in the sintering plant, nothing more than the choice of ring cooling machine or belt cold cutting machine. Of course, there are on-board cooling methods.
