Working principle of active lime rotary kiln

Active lime rotary kiln is an important plant equipment, mainly used for the production of active lime or other ore heating treatment. Its working principle mainly includes the following steps
First, the raw material enters one end of the rotary kiln and gradually moves to the other end as the kiln cylinder rotates. In this process, the raw material is subjected to the action of high temperature combustion air flow, gradually warming.
Second, when the raw material reaches the high temperature region of the kiln, the active lime begins to calcine. At high temperatures, the calcium carbonate in the raw material decomposes into calcium oxide and carbon dioxide, releasing heat energy.
Next, the calcined product passes through a cooling zone, is gradually cooled and solidified, and finally becomes a desired product, such as quicklime, cement clinker, etc.
Finally, after repeated recycling, high-temperature combustion airflow recovery, to achieve energy-saving and environmentally friendly production process.
