The working principle of LS screw conveyor mainly relies on the rotating movement of the spiral blade in the pipeline to push the material to move. When the conveyor starts, the motor drives the screw shaft to rotate, and the spiral blade rotates accordingly, pushing the material from the feed port along the direction of the conveyor pipe. At the same time, the material also moves downward due to its own gravity.
While the spiral shaft rotates, the spiral blade forms a spiral shape of the material around the rotating shaft, so that the material will not be blocked or overflowed during the conveying process. When the material reaches the discharge port, with the push of the spiral blade, the material is smoothly unloaded to the designated position.
