The working principle of the wall-mounted boiler is mainly divided into three steps: combustion, heat transfer and heating. First of all, the combustion chamber inside the wall-mounted boiler releases heat through the combustion of fuel. Generally speaking, gas or liquefied gas is commonly used as fuel, and the high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion is discharged outdoors through a heat exchanger and a chimney.
Secondly, the heat generated by the combustion is transferred to the circulating water. Inside the wall-mounted boiler, there is a water circulation system. The circulating water will enter the heat exchanger of the wall-mounted boiler and heat the water by exchanging heat with the heat released by combustion.
Finally, the heated water is transported through heating pipes to various heating devices, such as radiators or floor heating systems. The water releases heat in the equipment, which increases the indoor temperature and completes the heating process. At the same time, the cooled water will return to the inside of the wall-hung boiler again, running circularly, and realizing continuous heating.
In short, the wall-mounted boiler generates heat through combustion, and uses circulating water to transfer, and finally releases the heat to the room through the heating equipment to realize the heating function. This efficient heating method is convenient and practical, and has been welcomed by many families and businesses.
