Single bag dust collector is a device that uses filter bags to filter dust. When the gas containing dust enters the bag filter, the gas passes through the outer surface of the filter bag, and the dust particles are trapped outside the filter bag, so that clean air enters the outlet through the inside of the bag. Specifically, when the dust particles settle to a certain extent in the gas, they are adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag, and gradually accumulate to form a dust layer as the gas passes through the inlet and outlet. As the operation time increases, the thickness of the dust layer gradually increases, and with the help of the clean airflow, the dust particles will leave the surface of the filter bag and fall into the dust box, thereby achieving effective separation of the dust particles.
Through the above working principle, the single bag filter can efficiently capture the dust particles in the air and avoid the impact of dust on the environment and staff.
