Disc granulator is a common granulation equipment, mainly composed of host, auxiliary machine and control system. Its working principle is as follows
First of all, the raw material powder and a certain proportion of auxiliary materials are weighed and mixed evenly to ensure the accuracy of the raw material formula.
Next, the mixture was fed into the rotating pan of a disc pelletizer. Under the action of the rotating disc, the raw material is gradually formed into particles through continuous rotation and friction.
At the same time, by adding a certain amount of binder or additive, it can help the particles to better maintain the shape and improve the quality of the particles.
During the granulation process, the speed and tilt angle of the rotating disk can be adjusted as needed to control the size and shape of the particles.
Finally, the resulting granules are collected and packaged into finished granules after screening through mesh openings in a rotating disk.
