Hammer crusher is a kind of crushing equipment widely used in mining, metallurgy, construction, highway and other industries. Its working principle is relatively simple but the effect is remarkable. Inside the hammer crusher, a rotating high-speed rotor is installed, and several hammers are fixed on the rotor. After the material enters the crusher from the feed port, it is impacted and milled by the hammer head rotating at high speed on the rotor.
After the material is hit by the hammer, it will be crushed into smaller particles by the impact force. At the same time, the crusher is also provided with an impact plate, and the material rebounds to the impact plate after being hit by the hammer head, and then is strongly impacted, making the material more finely broken. Finally, after many impacts and grinding, the material meets the particle size requirements of users.
The working principle of the hammer crusher can be simply summarized as "impact crushing". The high-speed rotating hammer head and impact plate ensure that the material is completely crushed in a short time. Because of its simple structure and high efficiency, it has been widely used in mining, construction and other fields.
