Spiral classifier is a kind of granular material classification screening tool which is widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries. It through the spiral rotation of the movement plus the material in the role of the spiral under the centripetal force and gravity, the material according to the size and density of the classification, so as to achieve the rapid screening and separation of granular materials.
The structure design of the spiral classifier is simple and easy to operate. It is usually composed of a feed port, a spiral body, a discharge port, and a bottom slag discharge port. After the material enters from the feed port, the rotation of the spiral conveys the particles upward, and with the help of gravity and centrifugal force, the particles are classified on the screen according to the size, the fine particles are discharged to the discharge port through the sieve hole, and the coarse particles are discharged through the bottom slag discharge port, thus realizing the effective screening and classification of granular materials.
The spiral classifier can not only separate granular materials, but also achieve the effect of cleaning and dust removal, and improve the quality and production efficiency of granular materials.
