The disc pelletizer uses a metal or plastic disc as the main working part, and the disc is fixed on an inclined rotating shaft. During operation, the rotating shaft is driven by the motor to rotate at a high speed, so that the disc is in a horizontal rotation state. By adjusting the speed of the disc, the parameters of the force mechanism and other key parameters, the size, shape and other quality indicators of the particles can be controlled.
