Working principle of rotary dryer

The working principle of the rotary dryer is mainly divided into the following steps. First, the materials that need to be dried are added to the dryer through the feed port. Then, start the heat source (such as coal, gas or electric heating, etc.) to heat the material, so that its temperature gradually increased. The hot air will be transported to the dryer through the hot air pipe to exchange heat with the material and accelerate the evaporation process of water.
In the rotary dryer, there is a leaf plate or a rolling knife. When the machine starts to rotate, these devices will continuously turn and roll the materials, so that all parts can be fully heated and dried. This design ensures the uniformity and efficiency of material drying.
With the continuous transportation of hot air and the rotation of materials, a closed hot air circulation system is gradually formed inside the dryer, which ensures the full use of heat energy and improves the drying efficiency. Finally, the dried material is discharged through the discharge port after reaching a certain degree of drying, and the whole drying process is completed.
