Working principle of mine classifier

The mining classifier is a kind of precision mechanical equipment, its working principle is mainly based on the separation and screening of particles under the action of gravity and mechanical vibration. When ore or ore sand enters the classifier, it first enters the screening area through the feed port. In the screening area, there are multiple screens, which are provided with different mesh sizes according to the size of the particles, so as to achieve the classification of the particles.
After the classifier is started, the equipment starts to vibrate. Through the shaking and rotation of the screen, smaller particles directly pass through the smaller screen holes and fall into the fine particle collection bin below, while larger particles cannot pass through the screen holes and are carried to the next classification area above. Through such a continuous classification process, ore or ore sand of different particle sizes are gradually separated and screened out, and finally the classification according to the particle size is realized.
Mining classifier plays a vital role in mining production. Through the use of the classifier, the ore or ore sand can be classified according to the required particle size in the production process, and the product quality and market competitiveness can be improved.
