The working principle of the seat-type disc feeder is mainly to realize the continuous feeding of materials through the rotary motion of the disc and the gravity of the materials. First, the material to be conveyed is put into the turntable of the feeder through the feed port. As the turntable rotates, the inertia effect causes the material to move outward along the ramp-like edge of the disc, and eventually fall into the conveying trough below.
