The use, structure and working principle of hammer crusher

Hammer crusher is a common crushing equipment, widely used in mining, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries.It mainly uses a high-speed rotating hammer to impact and crush materials, and is suitable for medium-fine and coarse crushing of ore, stone, coal gangue and other materials of various hardness.Hammer crushers have the advantages of simple structure, easy maintenance and high production efficiency, and can meet different production scales and needs.

The hammer crusher is mainly composed of a combination of parts and components such as frame, rotor, screen, hammer, etc.The motor directly drives the rotor through the elastic coupling, and the material is broken by the impact of the hammer head generated when the rotor rotates against the crushing plate.

The rack is divided into two parts: the upper cover and the lower seat. The inner wall is equipped with a protective liner to prevent internal wear and tear of the rack. There are four small doors in the upper part of the rack. The small door located on the front wall of the rack is convenient for adjusting the broken plate. The small door of the rear wall is used to remove materials that are not easy to break, and the two small doors on the front and rear walls of the lower seat are used for inspection and cleaning of the screen strips.

The rotor is composed of rotor shaft, triangle disc, garden disc, hammer shaft, hammer and other parts. The rotor shaft is equipped with triangle disc and garden disc. There is a sleeve separating the disc from the disc. The disc is equipped with a hammer shaft. The hammer is suspended on the hammer shaft. When the rotor shaft rotates, the hammer rotates with it.

The screen strip device is in the groove of the screen strip frame on both sides of the inner wall of the lower seat, and an eccentric wheel is installed under the screen strip frame for adjusting the gap between the strip and the hammer.
