Working principle of counter hammer crusher

The counter hammer crusher is driven by a motor to drive the rotor to rotate at a high speed. When the material enters the crushing cavity, it is impacted and milled by the high-speed rotating counter hammer and the crushing plate. The material is constantly impacted, milled and thrown in the crushing cavity, and finally achieves the crushing effect.
The specific working principle is as follows. First, the material enters the crushing cavity through the feed port and meets the rotating counterattack hammer. The counterattack hammer collides with the material in a state of high-speed rotation and high-speed movement, and accelerates the crushing of the material. At the same time, the crushing plate is fixed on the inner wall of the crushing cavity as the generating point of the counterattack force to help crush the material into smaller particles.
Subsequently, the material is thrown to the crushing plate, hit again by the counter hammer and the crushing plate, and circularly crushed until the material reaches the required crushing particle size. Finally, the crushed material is discharged through the screen, and the material that does not reach the crushing particle size will continue to be crushed in the crushing chamber.
In general, the counter hammer crusher achieves the purpose of crushing materials through repeated collision, crushing and throwing. It is suitable for materials with various hardness and humidity. It is one of the important crushing equipment in mining and construction industries.
