Iron powder disc pelleting machine is a kind of equipment to produce spherical particles by mechanical processing. Its working principle mainly includes the following steps
First, the raw iron powder is filtered through a screen to ensure that the size of the iron powder particles is uniform. Then the screened iron powder is loaded into the disc, and a heating device is arranged inside the disc to make the iron powder reach a certain plastic state at an appropriate temperature.
Next, the pelter apparatus is started and the disc starts to rotate. In the process of rotation, the iron powder particles are subjected to centrifugal force and friction force, and gradually form a spherical shape. At the same time, the heating device in the disc maintains a constant temperature, so that the iron powder particles are uniformly heated and shaped during rotation, thereby ensuring the quality and shape of the spherical particles.
Finally, after a certain period of rotation and processing, the iron powder particles gradually roll down from the disc, the finished spherical particles are taken out, and after further cooling and curing treatment, the finished iron spherical particle product is finally obtained.
