Working principle of disc pelletizer

The working principle of disc pelleting machine is mainly divided into three steps
1. Feeding: After the raw materials are pretreated, they are transported to the feeding device of the disc pelletizer through the feeding system. The feeding device will uniformly transport the powder or granular materials to the spherical mold according to the set requirements, so as to ensure the uniformity and stability of the subsequent pelletizing process.
2. Ball making: the ball mold of the disc ball making machine is equipped with a rotating disc, and there are a certain number of grooves on the ball mold. At the same time of feeding, the disc pelleting machine rotates and vibrates the raw materials, so that the raw materials gradually agglomerate into a spherical shape, while constantly adding wetting agent or lubricant to facilitate molding.
3. Molding: The raw material is adjusted and vibrated in the ball mold, and finally becomes a spherical product with a specified shape and size. After the molding is completed, the spheres will be discharged from the spherical mold, and can be packaged or further processed after cooling and curing.
Through the above working principle, the disc pelletizing machine can achieve efficient pelletizing of raw materials and produce uniform spherical products that meet the production requirements. Its high degree of automation, production efficiency is also high, is one of the indispensable important equipment in modern industrial production.
