Working principle of rotary dryer

Rotary dryer is a kind of industrial equipment that uses hot air to evaporate and discharge the water in the material. Its working principle is mainly divided into four steps of material feeding, hot air heating, moisture discharge and dry material discharge.
First, the wet material enters the rotating cylinder of the rotary dryer through the feeding device. Next, fuel (such as natural gas, diesel oil, etc.) is burned in the external gas heating furnace of the equipment to generate high-temperature hot air. The high-temperature hot air transfers heat through the heat exchanger, enters the rotating cylinder, and contacts the wet material to evaporate the water.
With the continuous rotation of the rotating cylinder, moisture is carried to one end of the rotating cylinder and discharged out of the equipment through the exhaust port. At the same time, the hot air continues to circulate, constantly heating and drying the material. When the material reaches the required dryness, the dry material is discharged from the discharge port to complete the entire drying process.
Rotary dryer working principle is simple and efficient, suitable for all kinds of granular, powder, block material drying. It plays an important role in food, chemical, building materials, metallurgy and other industries, improves production efficiency, reduces energy consumption, and is an indispensable drying equipment.
