Ball mill is a kind of mechanical equipment that uses the principle of magnetism to crush and mix materials. Its main parts include rotating cylinder, roller, ring gear, driving device and other components. When working, the motor drives the ring gear to rotate, and then causes the drum and the ball to rotate together. The material enters the inside of the drum from the feed port, and then is ground into fine particles under the action of the impact of the ball and friction.
The working principle of the ball mill mainly includes the following steps: first, friction crushing. The ball in the ball mill continuously rolls and impacts the material, so that the material is impacted and squeezed, so as to achieve preliminary crushing. The second is shear crushing, the material is subjected to the shearing action of the ball inside the ball mill, which makes the material decompose more carefully. Finally, it is bending and crushing. When the material inside the ball mill is broken to a certain extent, it will be bent and deformed due to force, thus making the material more detailed.
In general, the ball mill impacts, rubs, shears and bends the material through a continuously rotating ball to realize the grinding of the ore and achieve the purpose of grinding the raw materials into the required particle size. This effective way of crushing makes the ball mill has important application value in mining production.
