Cement mill is the key equipment of cement production line, which is mainly used for grinding cement clinker to produce cement products that meet the standards. The working principle of the cement mill can be simply described as the cement clinker is transported to the inside of the mill by the feeding device, and the grinding is carried out under the action of rolling and friction inside the mill. The cement clinker is gradually ground into fine powder by the high-speed moving grinding body inside the grinding cylinder. At the same time, through the grading plate inside the grinding cylinder, the cement powder that meets the requirements is sent to the separator for separation, and the large particle material that has not been completely ground continues to be circularly ground in the grinding cylinder. Finally, the cement powder after grinding and grading is sent to the cement silo to be used in the subsequent concrete production and other processes.
