Generally applicable to beneficiation, sintering and smelting plants.

II Working principle and structural features

This machine is mainly composed of motor, reducer, body, disc and other parts. The motor transmits the reducer through the pin coupling, and then transmits the bevel gear pair through another coupling, so that the disc rotates clockwise.

Mainly includes the following parts:

The reducer is composed of a shell, a cover, a gear, a gear shaft, a rolling bearing and other components. All gears are lubricated with oil. The amount of oil in the box is checked by an oil measuring needle.

The body part is the base, cover, bevel gear pair, horizontal axis, vertical shaft and rolling bearings and other components.

There is a liner on the cast iron disc, which can be replaced after wear. If the temperature of the transported material is high, insulation material can be added under the liner to prevent heat transfer to the inside of the body..
