The jaw fine breaker is a common crushing mechanical equipment, which is usually used to crush ores, rocks and other materials of various hardness. Its working principle is mainly divided into the following steps
First, the material enters the crushing cavity of the jaw fine breaker from the feed port. There are two jaw plates in the crushing cavity, one is fixed on the frame and the other is dynamic movement. The movement of the jaw plate through the eccentric shaft is an elliptical trajectory, so that the jaw plate can move up and down.
Secondly, when the jaw moves, the material is squeezed. The up and down movement of the jaw plate causes the material to be continuously squeezed and broken in the crushing cavity, and finally realizes the crushing effect on the material. The jaw type fine breaker can realize continuous crushing operation in the crushing process and improve the production efficiency.
Finally, by adjusting the gap size of the jaw plate, the crushing particle size of the material can be controlled. The smaller the gap, the finer the resulting crushed material; the larger the gap, the coarser the resulting crushed material. This adjustment method is flexible and can be adjusted according to needs.
In general, the jaw type fine breaker realizes the crushing and squeezing of the material through the up and down movement of the jaw plate, so as to crush the larger material into the required particle size.
