Mining flotation machine is the use of ore, pulp and bubble contact, the ore in the useful minerals and impurities separation equipment. Its working principle is based on the difference of physical and chemical properties. In the flotation machine, bubbles enter the slurry through the gas injection pipe and contact with the ore particles to form a mixture of bubble mineral particles. Due to the adsorption of bubbles on the surface of ore particles, the ore particles combine with bubbles to form scum, and then the target ore particles float to the surface of the slurry with the bubbles to form ore bubbles. The non-target ore particles sink to the bottom of the slurry to form waste residue. Finally, after multiple flotation, the useful ore is effectively separated.
The key of mining flotation machine is to control the contact, combination and floating process of bubbles and ore particles. By adjusting the parameters such as stirring speed, bubble size and pulp concentration, the effective separation of different ores can be achieved. Flotation machine plays an important role in the beneficiation process, which effectively improves the recovery rate and grade of ore and promotes the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources.
