The working principle of cement mill

The cement mill is mainly composed of rotating cylinder, feeding part, discharging part, transmission device, motor and so on. During operation, the raw material clinker enters the inside of the rotating cylinder of the cement mill from the feed port. The rotating cylinder is equipped with grinding balls and grinding shafts. When the rotating cylinder starts to rotate, the grinding shafts and grinding balls work together on the raw material clinker to make it continuously broken and ground. The crushed raw material clinker is continuously rubbed in the cement mill to gradually form cement powder.
In the process of grinding, the cement mill will classify the cement powder according to the required particle size, and the fine powder that meets the requirements will be separated by the classifier. Finally, the cement powder ground by the cement mill is discharged through the discharge port and becomes the finished cement. During the whole working process, the motor drives the rotating drum of the cement mill to rotate through the transmission device to complete the operations of crushing, grinding and grading.
