Working principle of belt bucket elevator

The tape bucket elevator is a mechanical equipment that uses tape to transport materials from the bottom to the top. Its working principle is mainly divided into three parts: belt conveying, bucket lifting and material unloading.
The first is the tape conveying part. The material enters the tape of the hoist through the feed port. With the continuous operation of the tape, the material is smoothly conveyed to the top position of the hoist. The running speed and tension of the tape will directly affect the conveying efficiency of the material.
Then there is the bucket lifting part. The bucket with a certain interval is fixed on the tape. During the operation, the bucket wheel uses the gravity force to move upward, and brings the material to the top and unloads it. In this way, the tape bucket elevator completes the vertical transportation of the material.
Finally, there is the material unloading part. When the material is lifted to the top of the machine, the material is released through the unloading port to complete the entire lifting process. The unloading method of materials can be set according to different process requirements, usually with unloading bucket, unloading pipe and so on.
