Working principle of feeder

The working principle of the feeder mainly includes three parts: direct weighing sensor, control system and conveying mechanism. First of all, the direct load cell is located in the upper part of the feeder, and the input amount of the material is determined by sensing the weight of the material. Secondly, the control system adjusts the working state of the feeder in real time according to the weight signal measured by the sensor to ensure the accuracy and stability of material transportation. Finally, the conveying mechanism is responsible for conveying the materials from the hopper of the feeder to the downstream equipment or production line.
In actual work, the feeder conveys materials by means of screw conveyor, belt conveyor or vibration conveyor. When the work starts, the material is driven by the conveying mechanism in the feeder, and the direct load cell monitors the weight change of the material in real time. The control system automatically adjusts the conveying speed or stops conveying according to the feedback signal of the sensor to ensure the accurate delivery of materials.
In general, the feeder realizes the control and monitoring of the material conveying process through the synergy of the direct load cell and the control system, thereby ensuring the accuracy and stability of the material supply in the production process. In industrial production, the feeder is an indispensable equipment, which can improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure production quality.
