Working Principle and Application of Crusher
Author:
Crusher is a kind of mechanical equipment used to crush block materials, which is commonly used in mining and construction industries. Its working principle mainly relies on the brake device to make the rotating tool or hammer and other crushing parts produce high-speed rotation or vibration, thereby exerting strong impact, pressure or shear force on the material, so that it is crushed into smaller particles or block materials.
The working process of the crusher is divided into two stages: coarse crushing and fine crushing. In the coarse crushing stage, the material is first put into the feed inlet of the crusher. After being crushed by a high-speed rotating tool or hammer, the larger block material is further refined. In the fine crushing stage, the preliminarily crushed materials pass through the cutter or hammer of the crusher again for secondary crushing, and finally reach the particle size requirements required by the user.
Crusher is widely used in coal, ore, building materials, metallurgy, chemical and other fields. In mines, crushers are often used to crush ore into the required particle size to facilitate subsequent beneficiation. In the construction industry, the crusher is often used to deal with waste concrete, bricks and other construction waste. In the metallurgical industry, the crusher also plays a key role, used to process metal ore, to ensure the subsequent smelting process.
In general, as an important crushing equipment, the crusher plays an important role in various fields, providing convenience and support for the processing and recycling of raw materials.
