The working principle of bucket elevator is mainly based on power and transmission system. First, the material enters the hopper at the bottom of the machine from the feed port, and then the hopper chain starts to run. The bucket chain is composed of a series of buckets (buckets) connected together. The bucket chain is driven by a motor to make the bucket chain fixed on the wheel to rotate.
The rotation of the bucket chain will raise the bucket carrying the material from the bottom all the way to the top discharge port, where it will release the material. With the continuous operation of the bucket chain, the material is smoothly transported to the destination.
