The disc feeder is a device that uses a rotating disc as a working device and transports materials to the discharge port through friction and inertial force. The disc feeder is mainly composed of motor, reducer, disc, paint plate and other components. When working, the motor drives the reducer to make the disc rotate at high speed, and the material forms an annular flow on the paint plate, and moves outward under the action of centrifugal force, and finally is discharged from the discharge port.
The disc feeder has the characteristics of simple structure, continuous conveying and strong adaptability. Its material transportation is stable and the flow rate is adjustable, especially suitable for the transportation of granular and block materials.
