The classifier is a kind of equipment that uses granular materials to separate inhomogeneities according to size, specific gravity and fluidity under force. When the granular material enters the classifier through the feed inlet, under the action of centrifugal force, the particles and the air flow enter the classification zone together. In the classification area, according to the particle size, specific gravity and other properties of different materials, smaller particles will be subjected to greater centrifugal force, so as to be carried to the discharge port of the classifier, while larger particles will be subjected to smaller centrifugal force, and will be carried to other positions.
In the whole classification process, due to the different characteristics of different particles, classification will be realized under the action of air flow. The classifier realizes the classification of particles by setting the position of the feed port and the discharge port reasonably, adjusting the speed of the classifier, controlling the air flow and other parameters.
