Working principle of mining flotation machine

Mining flotation machine is a kind of equipment that uses buoyancy and wet beneficiation principle for mineral processing. Its working principle is mainly the use of mineral slurry and waste rock in the flotation tank through the role of bubbles to achieve. First, the ore is ground into powder after crushing, grinding and other processes, mixed with water to form slurry, and then added flotation agent. Flotation agent can make useful mineral particles and bubbles attached together, forming foam slag, and waste stone and other heavy impurities sink to the bottom.
Flotation tank is equipped with a bubble generator, by sending air to the bubble generator, produce fine bubbles, bubbles in the mixer mixing with the pulp fully mixed, making useful mineral particles and bubbles together, thus floating to the liquid level to form scum. The scum can be obtained with high purity after centralized treatment, and the amount of waste rock treatment and environmental pollution are reduced.
In general, the mining flotation machine uses the principle of flotation to separate useful minerals from impurities, improve the grade and comprehensive utilization rate of ore, and is an indispensable equipment in mining enterprises.
