Raw material mill is a kind of equipment used for processing various raw materials, which is widely used in cement, ceramics, chemical industry and other industries. The basic working principle is to crush and grind the raw materials through the grinding roller, so that the raw material particles become finer and the surface area is increased, thereby increasing the contact area between the raw materials and other raw materials or solvents, and promoting the mixing reaction or dissolution process.
The raw material mill is usually driven by a motor, so that the grinding roller rotates at a high speed, and the raw material is fed into the grinding roller by gravity or mechanical transportation for grinding. At the same time, through the extrusion and friction between the grinding rollers, the raw materials are continuously extruded and ground between the grinding rollers, and finally become the required fine particles.
The advantage of raw material grinding is that it can achieve the required particle size and surface area to meet the production requirements. In cement production, raw materials such as ore are ground by raw material grinding to obtain cement raw materials with appropriate particle size, which is beneficial to improve the strength and stability of cement. In the chemical industry, raw material mill can grind solid raw materials into powder, increase the dissolution rate and improve the reaction efficiency.
