Cement mechanical shaft kiln is an important calcination equipment in cement production line, which is composed of shaft kiln, driving device, supporting device, fire mouth device and so on. The working principle of cement machinery shaft kiln mainly includes the following steps
First, fuel and air are supplied to the inside of the shaft kiln by means of a combustion engine and the like to form heat energy required for high-temperature combustion. Then, the raw material enters from the upper end of the shaft kiln and gradually moves downward with the rotary motion of the shaft kiln. In this process, the raw materials are gradually calcined and matured at high temperature to finally form cement clinker.
The high temperature environment inside the shaft kiln is conducive to the chemical reaction in the cement raw material, so that it can achieve the physical properties and chemical composition required by the clinker. The rotary movement inside the shaft kiln can ensure that the raw materials are evenly heated, improve the calcination efficiency, and ensure the stability of product quality.
In addition to calcining cement raw materials, cement mechanical shaft kilns can also use waste heat to generate heat energy required for drying, preheating and other process links to achieve comprehensive utilization of energy.
