Analysis of Working Principle of Light Plate Feeder

The light plate feeder is mainly composed of vibrator, vibration plate, diversion groove and fastening device. Its working principle is that the vibration force generated by the vibrator is transmitted to the vibration plate, so that the vibration plate produces continuous vibration. The material moves with the vibration direction under the action of the vibration plate, and finally is transported to the target position through the diversion groove.
The light plate feeder has the following advantages: first, the conveyed material has good continuity and can maintain a stable conveying flow; secondly, due to the use of vibration conveying, it can reduce material blockage, friction and other phenomena, and improve work efficiency; moreover, The structure is simple, easy to maintain and clean, and reduces operating costs; finally, due to the plate design, the vibration frequency and amplitude can be adjusted according to actual needs, in order to adapt to the different material conveying requirements.
