Working principle of bag filter

The working principle of the bag filter mainly includes three parts: the air induction system, the filtration system and the ash cleaning system. When the airflow with high dust content passes through the bag filter, the airflow is first introduced into the bag filter through the air induction device of the air induction system. In the filtration system, the dust particles in the air flow are trapped on the surface of the bag, and the purified air is discharged through the tube of the bag.
The filter system of the bag filter is the core part of its working principle. Usually, the bag material has high filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity, which can effectively capture dust of different particle sizes. With the increase of use time, the dust accumulation on the bag will affect the dust removal effect, so the role of the dust removal system becomes particularly important. The dust cleaning system uses pulse airflow or mechanical vibration to clean the cloth bag, shake off the accumulated dust particles from the surface of the cloth bag, and restore the filtering performance of the cloth bag.
In general, the bag filter has become the preferred purification equipment for many industrial production workshops with its efficient filtration performance and reliable dust removal system. Through reasonable design and maintenance, the bag filter can effectively reduce the dust pollution in the air and protect the environment and the health of the staff.
