Working principle of cylinder cooling machine

Author:

The working principle of the cylinder cooler mainly includes three main processes: evaporative cooling, circulating compression and heat dissipation. The first is evaporative cooling. The working medium (usually a refrigerant) is heated in the evaporator and changes from a liquid to a gaseous state, absorbing heat. Subsequently, the gaseous working medium is sucked by the compressor for cyclic compression. In the compressor, the gas is compressed into high temperature and high pressure gas, and the heat is continuously increased. Then, the high-temperature and high-pressure gas enters the condenser, emits most of the heat through heat transfer, gradually cools and condenses into a liquid state, and the released heat is dissipated to the external environment through heat dissipation devices such as fans. Finally, the refrigerant returns to the evaporator, evaporates and absorbs heat again, and completes the entire cooling process cyclically.
Cylinder cooling machine through the continuous cycle of this series of processes, and constantly absorb heat from the heat source, heat dissipation to the external environment, so as to achieve the cooling effect. Because of its efficient and reliable working principle, cylinder cooling machine is widely used in various industrial fields, which provides important support for production and life.
