The working principle of single-stage hammer crusher is to use high-speed rotating hammer to beat and crush materials. The material first enters the crushing chamber through the feed port, and then is hit by the high-speed rotating hammer to break the material into smaller particles. At the same time, the material is affected by the impact plate in the crushing process, so that the pieces are broken again until the required granularity is met. The crushed material is exported through the screen and discharged out of the machine after reaching the particle size requirement.
The working process of the single-stage hammer crusher is actually a repeated "impact-extrusion-shear" process. The high-speed rotation and impact force of the hammer head make the material subject to great force, thus crushing the material.
