Cement mill is a cement clinker grinding equipment, its working principle mainly includes grinding process and powder selection process of two parts. In the grinding process, the cement mill grinds the clinker and the grinding ball together through the rotating drum, so that it is gradually refined into cement powder. The role of the grinding ball is to continuously impact the clinker in the rotating drum, thereby crushing and grinding the clinker particles, so that it gradually reaches the required fineness.
In the process of powder selection, the cement mill takes the ground cement powder to the separator for screening and powder selection through the internal high-speed rotating air flow. The finer cement powder will be brought into the outlet by the air flow, while the coarser particles will be reground in the separator to ensure that the fineness of the cement meets the production requirements.
In general, the working principle of cement mill includes two key processes of grinding and powder selection. Through the orderly progress of these processes, the clinker can be gradually ground into the required cement products. The normal operation of cement mills has a vital impact on the quality and output of cement production. Therefore, managers need to pay close attention to the working status of cement mills to ensure their stable and efficient operation.
