First of all, the raw material enters the inside of the equipment at the feed port of the disc pelting machine, and after heating treatment, it will be transported to the ball mold. Subsequently, the shaped metal balls will be fed into the cooling device through the conveying system for the cooling and solidification process. During the cooling process, the surface temperature of the metal ball gradually decreases, making the structure of the ball more stable, while ensuring the flatness and strength of the surface of the ball.
Finally, the cooled and solidified metal balls will be transported to the discharge port to complete the entire production process. The disc pelting machine uses high-speed rotating discs and spherical molds to gradually form raw materials into metal balls of different specifications and shapes, which has the characteristics of fast and efficient, and stable quality of finished products.
