Analysis of working principle of top dust collector

The top dust collector mainly realizes the dust filtration and removal through several key components. First, after the dust is transported to the dust collector, it enters the inside of the equipment through the air inlet, and then passes through the filter material layer arranged inside. The filter material layer is usually composed of filter bags or filters. These fine filter materials can effectively intercept dust particles in the air. At the same time, a fan or fan is set up inside the dust collector, and the air is circulated in the filter material layer by generating negative pressure. In the process of passing through the filter material layer, dust particles are captured and fixed on the filter material.
The clean air then enters the exhaust chamber through the gaps between the filter bags and is finally discharged into the air through the outlet. The dust captured on the filter layer is treated by regular cleaning or back blowing to ensure that the top dust collector continues to work efficiently. In addition, some advanced top dust collectors will also use electronic control systems to achieve automatic dust removal and monitoring functions to improve dust removal efficiency.
