　　Roller pressIt is a new type of crushing equipment developed internationally. The new extrusion grinding process based on it has a significant effect on energy saving, and has been widely valued by the international cement industry, and has become a new technology for the development of grinding process. The machine applies the principle of low energy consumption of high-pressure material layer crushing, and adopts the working mode of single particle crushing group. Brittle materials undergo high-pressure extrusion to rapidly reduce the particle size of the materials, with fine powder content less than 0.08mm reaching 20-30% and materials less than 2mm reaching more than 70%. The grinding system using this equipment can increase the yield by 50-200% and reduce the power consumption per unit area by 20-35% compared with the grinding system without this equipment. At the same time, the noise and dust of equipment work are reduced, which improves the working environment of workers and fully shows its excellent economic and social benefits.

　　Slow classifierIt is a new type of cake breaking and sorting equipment developed in the early 1990 s. The cake breaking and particle classification are integrated and used in conjunction with the extruder. It can eliminate the leakage of material at the edge of the extrusion crusher and the large particles that have not been fully extruded during the start-up and shutdown process and normal operation, avoid adverse effects on the subsequent ball milling system, and obtain the effect of greatly increasing production and saving energy.

After entering the mid-1980s, the extruder has been widely used in the world because of its high efficiency, energy saving and low consumption. With the popularization and application of extruders, although 70% of the extruded materials have particles smaller than 2mm and about 25% ~ 30% of the total finished products smaller than 0.08mm, there are still about 10% ~ 15% of the total large particles larger than 5mm, and the proportion of large particles will increase as the lengthened side baffle plate of the extruder wears out, so the particle distribution of the extruded materials is very wide, it makes it difficult for the ball of the subsequent ball mill to adapt to the above-mentioned materials, which affects the further improvement of the system output. In order to further improve the extrusion grinding system, so that the material particles entering the subsequent grinding system are small and uniform, which has become the main content of extrusion grinding technology research in various countries, a variety of equipment and new processes have been developed to achieve the above-mentioned purposes.
