En masse conveyor
The en masse conveyor is a kind of transportation equipment for continuous conveying of bulk materials in a closed rectangular section shell with the help of a moving scraper chain.
The en masse conveyor is divided into normal temperature and high temperature types, and the maximum temperature of the material is less than 700℃.
When the en masse conveyor is conveying horizontally, the material is subjected to the pressure of the scraper chain in the direction of movement and the action of the material's own weight, which produces internal friction between the materials. This friction ensures a stable state between the material layers, and is sufficient to overcome the external friction caused by the material moving in the groove, so that the material forms a continuous overall material flow and is transported.
In the vertical lifting, the material is subjected to the pressure of the scraper chain in the direction of movement, and the lateral pressure in the transverse direction is generated in the material, forming the internal friction force of the material. At the same time, due to the continuous feeding of the lower horizontal section, the lower material successively exerts a pushing force on the upper material. This friction force and pushing force are enough to overcome the external friction caused by the material moving in the groove and the weight of the material itself, so that the material forms a continuous overall material flow and is lifted.
The en masse conveyor has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, small size, strong sealing and convenient installation and maintenance. It can not only horizontal transport, but also tilt or vertical lift transport; Not only can single conveyor, but also can be combined layout, series conveyor; Can be multi-point feeding, can also be multi-point unloading, conveyor process layout is more flexible. Because the shell is closed, it has outstanding advantages in the transportation of easy to fly, toxic, explosive, high temperature materials, improving the operating conditions of workers and preventing environmental pollution.
