Product introduction:
1. preheater is an important part of the calcination system of rotary kiln cement plant, and it is one of the main equipment to improve the quality of cement products and reduce heat consumption. It is attached great importance to it at home and abroad, and has been rapidly promoted and popularized in recent years.
Second, there are more than ten kinds of preheaters produced by our factory, which are used in various kiln types. On the basis of converting and digesting the main equipment imported from Japan Kawasaki with a daily output of 800 tons, 1000 tons, 3200 tons and 4000 tons of cement clinker, a five-stage suspension preheater with a daily output of 500 tons to 4000 tons with a calciner has been developed. The preheater of our factory can be widely used in the construction and renovation of large, medium and small cement plants.
Third, the number of stages of the five-stage cyclone preheater in our factory is arranged from bottom to top at the end of the kiln.
