Product introduction:
The double-shaft mixer uses the synchronous rotation of two symmetrical screw shafts to add water and stir while conveying powdery materials such as dry ash, so as to uniformly humidify the powdery materials of dry ash, so as to achieve the purpose that the humidified materials do not emit dry ash and do not ooze water droplets, thus facilitating the loading and transportation of humidified ash or transfer to other conveying equipment. Mainly used in brick factories, cement plants, thermal power plants, mines and other industries fly ash or similar materials humidification occasions.
It comprises a first and a second stirring shaft parallel to each other, a stirring blade and a horizontal stirring barrel, wherein the stirring blades extend from the first and the second stirring shafts and are arranged equidistantly in sequence in the axial direction and are different from each other by a fixed angle clockwise or counterclockwise in the circumferential direction, so that the stirring blades on the first and the second stirring shafts form a spiral arrangement with opposite rotation directions respectively; the first and second agitating shafts rotate synchronously with each other and their blades cross a plane determined by the axes of the first and second agitating shafts; a feed inlet is provided at the top of one end of the agitating barrel, and a discharge is provided at the bottom of the other end of the agitating barrel. With this structure, the mixing blade of the mixer discharges the dry powder mortar from the feed port to the feed port while mixing the dry powder mortar, thereby realizing continuous production and effectively improving production efficiency.
