Screw feeders are widely used in various industrial sectors, such as building materials, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, coal, aluminum and magnesium, machinery, light industry, food and food industries; suitable for horizontal or less than 20 ° inclination, conveying powder, Granular and small block materials, such as cement, pulverized coal, grain, chemical fertilizer, ash, sand, etc., the material temperature is below 200 ℃.
The screw feeder should not convey perishable, viscous and caking materials, because these materials will be bonded to the screw during transportation, and then rotate without moving forward or form a plug of materials at the hanging bearing, thus making the screw machine unable to work normally.
The diameter of the screw feeder ranges from 125mm to 400mm, and the length ranges from 1.5 m to 4.5 m. The type selection conforms to the standard nominal length. Special needs can be put forward separately in the optional section.
