Product introduction:

The vibrating screen works by using the reciprocating rotary vibration generated by the vibrator excitation. The upper rotating weight of the vibrator causes the screen surface to produce plane whirling vibration, while the lower rotating weight causes the screen surface to produce conical rotary vibration, and the effect of its combined action causes the screen surface to produce complex whirling vibration. The vibration trajectory is a complex space curve. The projection of the curve on the horizontal plane is a circle, and the projection on the vertical plane is an ellipse. Adjust the upper and lower rotating weight of the excitation force, you can change the amplitude. Adjusting the spatial phase angle of the upper and lower weights can change the curve shape of the screen surface motion trajectory and change the motion trajectory of the material on the screen surface.
