Some key points of the installation of mineral processing equipment shaker

Shaker is one of the main equipment in mineral processing equipment, which is not only simple to operate, but also can produce high-grade concentrate, secondary concentrate, middle ore and tailings at one time. The beneficiation process is carried out on the inclined bed surface with complex laths. The ore particles are fed from the ore feed tank at the upper corner of the bed surface, and the horizontal flushing water is supplied from the ore feed tank. Under the action of heavy force, horizontal water pulse, inertia and friction generated by the asymmetric reciprocating motion of the bed surface, the ore particles move longitudinally along the bed surface and laterally along the inclined bed surface according to the specific gravity and particle size stratification.

1. Before installing the shaker of mineral processing equipment, cement shall be poured and anchor bolts shall be embedded. During installation, attention should be paid to making the center of the two slope adjusters with a radius of 360 mm and the center of the bedside linkage seat in the same plane; otherwise, when the bed surface is inclined, it will accelerate the wear of the copper sleeve and even break the reciprocating rod. As for the height error of the traction screw between the linkage seat and the bed surface, it can be eliminated by adjusting the bolt under the shaking box.

2. The vibrating screen of mineral processing equipment: the vibrating screen has passed the factory empty load commissioning operation. After the equipment is installed, the user should first do two hours of no-load debugging operations, and check the following items: whether the motor is working normally during the start-up operation; the contact of each part and the wear of the friction joint surface; whether there is abnormal noise; Lubrication is normal, etc. A load test can then be carried out. Check the above items after 24 hours.

3, the test run of mineral processing equipment and load operation, the spring should not be too tight, but should be slightly relaxed, so that the elbow plate and its support in operation to produce a slight impact sound. At this point, the bolt should be gradually adjusted and the spring can be pressed until the noise stops. Excessive compression of the spring increases wear and power consumption, and may compress the spring. If the spring is too loose, it is easy to cause the toggle plate to fall off and damage the accessories in the box.

4. When debugging, first pay attention to whether the rotation direction of the head pulley of the vibrating screen is correct. When the rotation direction is different, it should be corrected immediately, otherwise the oil pump will not work normally. Before starting, all screws of the machine must be tightened. Since the gear oil pump is driven by the crankshaft at the head of the bed, all lubrication points are oil-free within a certain period of time after shipment, so all lubrication points at the head of the bed must be soaked with thin oil to facilitate shipment and avoid damage to parts.
